Well, I guess I lied about the whole "I won't update this game" thing.

So some people have told me that Monitored's boss is a bit hard, so I've decided yeah whatever and that I'll nerf him a bit.

Changelog:

• Cut off a quarter of the boss's health
• Increased the laser's telegraph time by half a second
